All passengers traveling on  flights are required to be registered with their respective Embassy / Consulate if necessary.

Passengers may only be allowed to travel to the State mentioned in the address section of their passport

Passenger should be in possession of valid travel documents and permits

Flights are subject to approvals by the government authorities

Our role is confined to facilitate the issuance of the tickets & payment collection for repatriation flight and is in no way responsible for the flight operation.

The ticket terms and conditions are as per the airline terms of carriage. In any event, We are not liable to refund the ticket price to the Client due to any reason including delay/cancellation of flight.

No legal actions can be initiated against us by any passengers for the deficiency of services from the part of the Airline.

We reserve the right to collect any additional charges including taxes, surcharges etc., if any, from the Client.

We are not liable for the cancellation of flight by the airline or the actual flight operation due to any reason.
